What does “satisfactory” or “unsatisfactory” mean?

An EICR is satisfactory if no C1, C2 or FI observations are present

What should I do if my report is unsatisfactory?

Any C1 or C2 items should be addressed promptly. Once remedial works are completed, written confirmation or certification should be obtained and retained alongside the EICR.
